Rural

In Argentina, large rural estates devoted mostly to cattle ranching and growing grain are called Estancias.

La Oriental is a traditional Estancia bustling with the activity that is typical to a farm in Argentina. Extending over 2500 acres, the current owners of the estancia, Rafael and Estela Torello, run a modern cattle raising and environmentally friendly agricultural business.

Actually at La oriental the principal crops are soybeen, wheat and corn.

There is also the possibility of visiting the farm in a horse carriage or work together with the "gauchos" in the main activities of the estancia.
