Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to either Kara Bauer or Ivy Markaity by February 5th, two weeks prior to the retreat. You will be refunded the cost of the retreat minus the non-refundable balance ($250 USD). No transfers are permitted and no refunds will be made for failure to attend or complete the weekend retreat.
Liability:
Estancia La Oriental or any business associated with Ivy Markaity or Kara Bauer will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage of personal property, or travel circumstances beyond their control.
